Jiangsu Rongtai Mould Co., Ltd was established in 2016, focusing on the development of injection moulds. Injection moulds for automotive parts account for 85%, while moulds for household appliances account for 15%. After a decade of growth, the company expanded and established Rongsheng Moulds (Huaian) Co., Ltd in 2023.

We built a modern factory with covering 12,000 square meters, invested 50 million CNY in equipment, and achieved an annual production capacity of 300 sets moulds. The company employs 125 staff members, including 22 designers.

The company has developed interior and exterior trim and functional parts moulds, such as instrument panels(IP), bumpers, console, door panels(DP), window frames, thresholds, splash guards, front grilles, glove box, pillars as well as other plastic product moulds for renowned domestic and international automotive brands, including BYD, Shanghai Volkswagen, Hongqi, Geely, Chery, SAIC Motor, Seres, Nissan, FAW Group, Changan Auto, Dongfeng, JAC, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Peugeot-Citroën, Seres, Li Auto, and NIO. The company possesses the capability to produce injection moulds with a maximum capacity of 40 tons, while also accumulating extensive experience in high-gloss tools and mass production, 2K tools, R&D.
